How it works

You describe your need

Establishment: role, date, hours, place, pay. Extra or freelancer: trades, area, availability.

We check and publish

Every job (SIREN checked) and every public profile is reviewed before publication. Contact details are never published.

You hire directly

We put you in touch. The establishment signs the extra contract, files the DPAE and pays the wages: it remains the employer.

Hiring an extra by the book

In France, a hospitality extra is normally an employee on a CDD d’usage (extra contract) of the establishment, for an occasional assignment.

  • A written contract for each assignment and a DPAE filed with Urssaf before work starts.
  • At least the Smic and the HCR agreement minimum; a 10% paid-leave allowance.
  • No end-of-contract bonus on a CDD d’usage, unless a more favourable agreement applies.

General information, subject to change, not legal advice: to be validated by a professional (lawyer, accountant) for your situation.
